We have an easy return/exchange process! You may return this item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Requests for after-sales issues can only be made within 7 days from the date the item arrives to you.

B. Cancellations
Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
1.Order canceled within 24 hours after the order is paid: you will get a full refund consisting of the item price and the full shipping cost.
2.Order canceled within 48 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 90% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
3.Cancellation within 48 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 70% of the item price and the full shipping cost.
4.Orders cannot be cancelled after 72 hours of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

C. Return
When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 7 days after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.
1. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
2. Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage).
3. Once your request is approved, you should send us the item within 5 days. You can send it using the local postal service (you shall bear the shipping cost).
4. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
5. Once confirmed, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 3 days (handling time depends on your payment method and bank). The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: We can not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one，this is not part of our return policy.

For Custom Size and Custom Order
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Nevertheless, we shall discuss with you methods that may be helpful.

Please Note:
We try our best to get the color shown in the photos to be true to the original although color representation can vary per individual computer monitors as the brightness setting on your monitor may affect how the color is shown. The color difference is unable to be 100% avoided, if you worried, you are always welcome to request the fabric sample.

Delivery Times

To ensure you have the best shopping experience, we use the fast and reliable logistics service. Our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS.

Normal orders are about 20-25 days
Delivery Times = Processing Time (around 15-18 days) + Shipping Time (around 5-8days)
For some styles with complicated structure, beading and hand work, it may take a few more days for processing.
If you need this dress urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need.

Shipping Time
For our formal dresses, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT ect. fast shipping methods, the shipping time is about 5-8 days to Canada, USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, New Zeland; to other countries, the shipping time is about 7-10 days.

For women dresses, we use USPS or CNE, the shipping time is about 7-14 working days.
