Q: How should I place an order?

A: When you find an item you want to buy, select your size and color, and then click the 'Add to Bag' button. You can proceed to checkout to purchase, or continue shopping. Once you are finished, no matter how many products you purchase, you only have one single checkout. If you need any help along the way please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Delivery Times = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
Tailoring Time: around 15-18 days
Shipping Time: 5-8 days

Q: Can I order dresses in custom size? Any Extra Cost?

A: Yes, we can do dresses in custom size, and there is not extra cost. Pls choose the "custom size" option when you checkout, and leave the details size in order note. Usually we need the following details measurement:
Bust: ________ inch/cm
Waist: _______ inch/cm
Hip: _________ inch/cm
Shoulder to knee: _______ inch/cm
Hollow to floor: ________ inch/cm

Q: Can I place dresses in other colors? Any Extra Cost?

A: Yes, we can do dresses in custom colors, and there is not extra cost. Please choose the "custom colors" option when you check out, and leave your colors in order note when you check out.

Q: What is the best way to choose my size?

A: Please kindly refer to our Size Chart to choose the correct size. If your measurements align with our size chart, we suggest you choose standard size. If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, we recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.

Q: Can I change the design of a dress?

A: We can do custom made. And you can contact us for more information.

Q: How should I track my order?

A: After your order is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent. After the product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Return Policy:
When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 3 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.
1. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
2. Product must be unworn and only tried on for fit and sizing (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage).
3. Once your request is approved, you should send us the item within 5 days. You can send it using the local postal service (you shall bear the shipping cost).

Note: We can not accept orders which buy multiple pieces to choose one,this is not part of our return policy.

Q: Where will my refund be?

A: When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition. (Note: The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all the original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or modified in any way).
Once confirmed, we’ll refund you via your original payment method within 7-10 days (handling time depends on your payment method and bank). The original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
